This was a very fun task but also quite challenging. To start with we had to take an landscape scene into a seamless image by offsetting in the middle then using the clone tool to smooth the image into itself. Once we had a seamless landscape image by going to Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates to turn the image into a planet.
